Test Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate yield and quality issues and implement continuous improvements
• Develop, optimize, and control manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency
• Support production testing, analyze test data, and implement corrective actions for failures
• Execute and improve test procedures and systems to maintain stable operations
• Provide daily production test support and manage containment activities
• Maintain comprehensive test process documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
• Experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE) such as ETS364, 93K, ETS80, J750, or SPEA
• Strong understanding of Final Test manufacturing and production flow
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets, test limits, and schematics
• Experience in a high-volume, high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Willingness to support on-call duties if required
