About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic integration of future work for the Test Operations & Engineering team
- Manage capability and capacity planning and support Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements
- Act as the single point of contact for Test Operations to Lab Test Capabilities
- Coordinate with Test Capability Integrators for internal work agreements and transfers
- Collaborate with business partners on project management and schedule requirements
- Assess project health and determine appropriate performance metrics
- Identify and track internal/external risks, issues, or opportunities through the BORIS system
- Develop vision maps for capital planning and space utilization
- Serve as the shop Safety Focal, leading EHS coordination and sustaining 5S standards
Requirements
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (Secret Clearance required post-start)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering or engineering project management role
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of related work experience
- Experience in Test and Evaluation environments
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with capital/investment projects and financial estimates
- Experience with capability and capacity planning
- An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
