Test Operation Director

Responsibilities

• Lead Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Drive manufacturing cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, and capacity.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs including LOH, Unit Cost, OTD, OEE, Process Cycle Time, and Yield.
• Implement automation, digitalization, and smart manufacturing solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure facility and capacity readiness to meet production and revenue targets.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to achieve zero RMA and high product reliability.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to support technology growth and NPI readiness.
• Promote workplace safety, ESG initiatives, and waste reduction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, automation, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional projects and managing operational KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO14001, ISO45001) and manufacturing compliance requirements.
• Experience with ESG initiatives and sustainability practices in a manufacturing environment.
