Test Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver comprehensive test procedures, commissioning programs, and necessary tooling based on client requirements.
• Participate in project design reviews during the early stages of the testing phase.
• Write and validate both static and dynamic test instructions, including internal and client-site commissioning instructions.
• Establish quality documentation for clients and define acceptance criteria in coordination with planning and quality teams.
• Manage non-conformities by ensuring they are addressed by engineering, validation, or production departments.
• Monitor project budgets and participate in technology transfers related to contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement within the testing service and propose EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) improvement actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of testing.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to share and transmit knowledge.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform regular professional travel and missions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the railway industry.
