Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Test & Evaluation (T&E) leadership across Air Force acquisition and sustainment programs
• Manage the complete test lifecycle, including requirements development, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Lead Integrated Test Team (ITT) activities and develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs)
• Identify T&E risks, document mitigation plans, and support program risk management
• Interpret program documents such as ICD, CDD, and SEP to derive testable requirements and evaluation criteria
• Manage T&E budgets, cost estimates, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Oversee data collection and verify the adequacy of test designs
• Support avionics, weapons integration, and OFP development/testing activities
• Coordinate with flight test organizations, SPOs, depots, and prime contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, or a related field
• 12+ years of USAF/DoD T&E experience (DT&E and/or OT&E)
• Proven experience developing TEMPs, test plans, and conducting test execution and reporting
• Deep knowledge of AFI 99-103, DoDI 5000.89, and DoD T&E processes
• Strong understanding of avionics, weapons integration, and aircraft operations
• Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills
• Active Top Secret clearance required
