Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and lead project or program test strategies
• Build test plans, campaign schedules, and associated resource requirements
• Coordinate activities between Test Analysts, automation engineers, business users, and technical teams
• Supervise the design, execution, and monitoring of functional, technical, integration, regression, and UAT test campaigns
• Ensure business and functional requirements are fully covered by testing activities
• Track anomalies, organize prioritization, and ensure resolution with relevant teams
• Implement and monitor quality indicators such as progress, coverage, defect rates, and project risks
• Produce test reporting for project managers, product owners, and IT leadership
• Identify quality risks and propose corresponding action plans
• Contribute to the industrialization and automation of testing processes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, including a proven role as a Test Manager or QA Lead
• ISTQB Foundation certification (ISTQB Advanced Test Manager is a plus)
• Proficiency in test and defect management tools such as Jira, Xray, HP ALM/Octane, or TestRail
• Strong understanding of SI, ERP, and SAP environments
• Knowledge of frontend, backend, API, integration, and regression testing
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Tosca
• Professional English proficiency for international contexts
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
