Test Manager – AI-Native Development

Responsibilities

• Manage tests and quality validation for the Evinova Authoring product as an individual contributor.
• Plan, implement, and maintain automated tests using AI-native development workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into test automation and define quality gates for AI-generated code and agentic AI.
• Collaborate with BA, Product, and Design teams to understand requirements and automate quality tests.
• Use AI testing assistants (such as Devin) to accelerate velocity while maintaining test integrity.
• Develop testing strategies, prompt patterns, and evaluation frameworks for AI-integrated features.
• Apply critical judgment to all AI-generated code and create manual test layers to prevent drift.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software testing automation experience shipping production systems.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Node.js, or similar) for test automation.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive software development environments.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into a professional development or testing workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience evaluating agentic AI systems embedded within products.
• Background in clinical trial software, eCOA, or healthcare/life sciences technology.
• Familiarity with GxP or SaMD validation processes.
• Experience designing tests for complex projects within large organizations.
