Test Leader

Responsibilities

• Test new and existing functionality
• Develop test strategies and identify product risks
• Create test plans and coordinate test case writing
• Ensure testing is executed according to project plans
• Report progress and results from completed tests
• Coordinate testing activities with testers and stakeholders
• Participate in test execution and create test reports
• Coordinate bug fixes and prioritize tasks for testers
• Proactively lead testing resources

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Technical/IT education at university level (e.g., Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing or test leadership
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex business projects involving IT and system development
• Documented experience in test strategies, planning, and leadership
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling complicated contexts/tasks
• Minimum 4 years of experience writing test cases
• Minimum 5 years of project experience in Agile IT projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of energy markets
• Experience with large-scale change projects involving significant IT impact
• ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent
• Experience with SAFE, SCRUM, or Kanban
• Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Office, Confluence, JIRA Xray, and Azure DevOps
