Test Lead/Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
• Lead UAT ceremonies including kick-off, daily status, and exit meetings
• Coordinate between UAT testers and IT teams to facilitate defect resolution and provide direct support
• Provision test data and export test evidence from JIRA for compliance and documentation
• Conduct GxP reviews in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams
• Perform regression testing during quarterly releases and support go-live validation
• Manage major incident bridges and facilitate communication during critical incidents
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement website promotions and manage promotion requests
• Work with IT support teams across SAP, OKTA, Jitterbit, and PIM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience in UAT management, business validation, or e-commerce operations
• Certification in ISTQB or CSM
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA for test case creation and defect resolution
• Familiarity with IT systems such as SAP, OKTA, Jitterbit, or PIM
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GxP compliance and working with RA/QA teams
• Hands-on experience in Manual or Automation testing, including developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Deep knowledge of software QA practices within an Agile framework
