Test Lead Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and validation testing projects, including scripted and limited-scripted test execution
• Provide OQ/PQ support and manage requirement analysis and defect tracking
• Ensure SOP compliance and oversee evidence capture and test log reviews
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide release testing support
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Lead specific testing workstreams and provide clear guidance to team members

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Workday, SAP, or Life Sciences
• 6+ years of experience in functional and validation testing
• Proven experience with UAT facilitation and stakeholder coordination
• Strong background in requirement analysis, defect tracking, and evidence capture
• Experience maintaining SOP compliance within regulated environments
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within highly regulated industry environments
