Test Lead, Delivery and Governance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test data readiness across workstreams, monitoring dependencies and data quality.
• Perform defect analysis by tracking metrics such as aging, severity, and volume to identify root cause patterns.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards for SIT, E2E, UAT, and Regression testing.
• Produce accurate status reports and highlight emerging risks, gaps, and trends.
• Maintain the central Confluence testing hub, including processes, templates, and onboarding documentation.
• Support QA resource modeling and analyze tester velocity to support performance cycles.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in QA, Testing, or Delivery roles.
• Proven experience within the Canadian banking or wealth management sector.
• Experience supporting early delivery phases, including SIT/E2E onboarding and test setup.
• Proficiency in Jira (reporting and dashboards) and Confluence (documentation management).
• Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, pivots) and PowerPoint (status reporting).
• Solid understanding of the full software testing lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to test data management practices.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or in project coordination roles.
• Experience working within large, multi-vendor programs implementing new solutions from scratch.
