Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide overall quality assurance leadership and set testing standards across development teams
• Oversee test execution, prepare quality assessments, and formulate go/no-go recommendations
• Act as the primary liaison between the testing team and internal/external organizations
• Develop detailed work plans, status tracking, and high-quality deliverables for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 508 and automated testing tools (JAWS, Selenium, RestAssured)
• Experience with SQL queries in Oracle DB infrastructure
• Existing Public Trust clearance or experience with Salesforce/AWS in federal environments
