Test Integration Lead - Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with a focus on meeting cost and schedule goals
• Partner with team leads, cost account managers, and various team members to ensure project success
• Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers regarding technical progress and requirements
• Resolve technical challenges quickly and escalate issues to technical SMEs when necessary to lead the team toward success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) testing
• Experience with hardware and software integration
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret security clearance prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a project team
• Experience collaborating with and reporting to program leads
• Active DoD Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last five years
