Test Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Project manage the design and logistics of loadboards, probe cards, test sockets, and change kits from definition through production release
• Review and validate ATE HW Request forms, including schematics, layouts, and BOM for compliance
• Support first article builds, debugging, and correlation processes
• Act as the primary technical and commercial contact for vendors regarding loadboards, probe cards, and test sockets
• Own the vendor tier strategy based on technical, operational, and commercial benchmarks
• Interface with the ATE Test Engineering team to support PCB design and NPI timelines
• Provide technical expertise in module testing on ATE/handlers to drive production solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE)
• Proficiency with ATE analog and digital instruments
• Expertise in PCB layout parasitic reduction
• Strong debug and troubleshooting skills
