Test Examiner 2

Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor a wide variety of computer and paper exams for students and community professionals
• Perform accurate check-in processes for exam candidates and maintain secure testing records
• Utilize camera systems and active proctoring methods to monitor candidates and report rule violations
• Manage large quantities of data and paperwork accurately while following detailed written and verbal directions
• Communicate with varied individuals in a courteous manner via phone, email, and in person
• Use multiple technology systems to look up student records and post testing scores in compliance with FERPA regulations
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere while working in an active, open office environment

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of clerical or general office experience (post-secondary education may substitute for experience)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
• Proficient computer skills and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Two years of experience in an educational institution
• Two years of experience in test administration
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
