Test & Evaluation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports
• Conduct system testing, evaluation, and validation activities
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations
• Support verification of system requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues identified during testing

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience based on level
• Experience with test planning and execution
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD test and evaluation programs
• Familiarity with automated test tools and methodologies
