About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and document Test Equipment and associated Test Program Sets for avionics systems
- Generate test stand designs to stimulate avionic control system boxes
- Develop Test Program Sets for adapting various units to the test stand
- Perform system level electrical design, schematic design, and integration activities
- Generate manuals, procedures, and test flow diagrams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience
- Experience in test stand or similar system level electrical design
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with schematic design using tools such as Eagle or Mentor Graphics
- Experience with hardware integration and debugging
- Strong documentation skills for manuals and procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Preferred Qualifications
- PWB/Schematic capture experience utilizing Eagle or Mentor Graphics
- Mechanical design experience utilizing Fusion or CREO
- TPS development utilizing NI Test Stand software
