Test Equipment Configuration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Model test environments and write software environment model specifications
• Develop and maintain models for validation campaigns
• Perform tests and validation of models on PCs, simulators, and test benches
• Analyze results, investigate anomalies, and propose corrective actions
• Manage configuration for CoSim, TestBench, and TrainLab configurations
• Deploy configurations on validation platforms and ensure installation quality
• Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of validation tools and processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electronics, Automation, or Systems Engineering
• Experience in validation, integration, simulation, or test equipment configuration in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of embedded systems and the V-model lifecycle
• Proficiency in configuration management and traceability
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in modeling and simulating test environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Wireshark, TestStand, or E3.Series
