Test Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Interact with Test Engineering peers, cross-functional team members, and program management to understand product testing objectives.
• Contribute to the development, validation, and deployment of automated production test solutions for PCBA, product, and system-level validation.
• Develop technical work procedures and supporting documentation for production test solutions.
• Develop, document, and manage a Test Engineering project task list and schedule.
• Maintain and execute assigned tasks in alignment with the overall project schedule and milestones.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an internship program working towards a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
• Ability to perform electrical and mechanical design.
• Fluency in both French and English (oral and written).
• Experience with software revision control and bug tracking systems (e.g., GIT, SVN).
• Knowledge of networking interfaces including TCP/IP, Telnet, FTP, and SNMP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with broadcast audio and video interface formats (SDI, 4K, IP video, etc.).
• Experience with instrument communication interfaces such as RS232 and RS422.
• Software programming experience under Windows, specifically embedded or real-time development.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Experience using SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, or Jira.
