Test Engineer Verification & Validation

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory testing activities on electric motors and drive systems
• Assist in performance characterization and validation tests
• Use electrical measurement instruments including oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and insulation testers
• Support test bench setup and perform basic wiring activities for motor drives
• Read and follow electrical schematics for testing purposes
• Assist in motor disassembly and technical inspection activities
• Use mechanical measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Collect, organize, and document test data accurately
• Contribute to maintaining laboratory equipment and adhering to safety standards

Requirements

• High School/ITS Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with laboratory testing activities
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems
• Ability to work in an experimental or validation environment

• Previous laboratory projects, internships, or experimental thesis work
• Practical mindset and strong problem-solving attitude
• High attention to detail and accuracy in technical tasks
