Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute verification and validation tests for Supercap systems and circuit boards during the development phase
• Specify, set up, and optimize End-of-Line (EoL) tests for manufacturing processes
• Define and further develop test cases and strategies for embedded systems and Supercap systems
• Build and maintain test environments, including logging and evaluation infrastructure
• Conduct laboratory and production testing to ensure the highest product quality
• Analyze test results and provide structured feedback to development teams for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Experience testing embedded systems and hardware
• Knowledge of common test methods and industry standards
• Practical experience creating test cases and automated test sequences
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured and independent working style with strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in product validation from prototype to series production
• Knowledge of dSPACE toolchains
• Experience with simulation tools and software for control and automation
