Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance
• Monitor burn-in process health, yield trends, uptime, and quality indicators
• Analyze yield excursions, failures, and process deviations using data-driven methodologies
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve burn-in efficiency and cost reduction
• Provide technical support for production issues impacting shipment and manufacturing flow
• Support qualification and release of new products into burn-in manufacturing
• Generate and maintain SOPs, OCAPs, FMEA, and engineering documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or Applied Science in Physics
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor testing or product engineering (New College Graduates welcome)
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test processes and manufacturing flow
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data analysis tools
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with memory/storage products such as SSD, NAND, DRAM, or USB
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Skilled in problem-solving methodologies like FMEA, DMAIC, or 8D
• Experience with statistical tools such as SPC, JMP, Minitab, Python, or SQL
• Experience supporting automotive or high-reliability products
