Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for product performance in High Volume Manufacturing
• Optimize test strategies, including test plans, time, yield, and quality
• Co-lead and implement innovative engineering solutions with cross-functional teams
• Integrate advanced testing technologies and cost-saving solutions like Test Time Reduction (TTR)
• Support electrical failure analysis (EFA) to address RMAs, production, and reliability issues
• Develop technical reports, work instructions, and test equipment guidelines
• Support NPI projects to ensure smooth transfer of technology to mass production
• Train technicians and facilitate knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Degree or master’s in electrical & electronic Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in semiconductor product or test engineering
• Good understanding of electronics
• Proficiency in C and Python programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, and Java
• Strong fundamental electronics knowledge
• Experience in project management
