Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize test strategies, including test plans, time, yield, and quality to meet financial goals
• Lead and implement innovative engineering solutions for cutting-edge storage products
• Integrate advanced testing technologies and adopt cost-saving solutions like Test Time Reduction (TTR)
• Provide leadership in electrical failure analysis (EFA) to address RMAs and reliability
• Develop technical reports, work instructions, and test equipment guidelines
• Lead NPI projects to ensure smooth transfer of technology to mass production
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelors in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Deep understanding of SSD or Non-Volatile Memory testing methods, failure mechanisms, and FA techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Universal Flash Storage Protocol Testing
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, or Java
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, DMAIC, or Fishbone diagrams
• Knowledge of SPC, SBL, or SYL
