Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance
• Monitor process health, yield trends, uptime, and quality indicators
• Analyze yield excursions, failures, and process deviations using data-driven methodologies
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction
• Provide technical support and timely disposition for production issues impacting manufacturing flow
• Support the qualification and release of new products into burn-in manufacturing
• Partner with product managers, NPI engineers, and QA teams to design and maintain system functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or Applied Science in Physics
• Understanding of semiconductor test processes and manufacturing flow
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with memory or storage products (SSD, NAND, DRAM, USB, etc.)
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, DMAIC, or 8D
• Experience with statistical tools like SPC, JMP, Minitab, or Python
• Experience supporting automotive or high-reliability products
