Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement testing solutions for Multi Product Wafer (MPW) Test Vehicles and upcoming products for latest process technologies
• Drive innovation in test engineering using Advantest V93000 and/or UltraFLEX platforms to develop robust, scalable test infrastructure
• Design and verify hardware, including probe cards and interface boards, to support New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Add and update test patterns and verify performance across various process, voltage, and temperature conditions
• Implement wafer-level SCAN diagnostics and SRAM Bitmap data analysis
• Debug tool and probing card issues, manage test program revisions, and update prober interfaces

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of Test Engineering experience with Advantest V93K and/or UltraFLEX platforms
• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environments
• Expertise in designing and deploying scalable test infrastructure (hardware and software)
• Strong coding and scripting skills for debugging purposes
• Ability to serve as a technical lead and mentor junior engineers
