About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and troubleshoot microfluidic devices
- Develop and refine SOPs for device fabrication and operation
- Support in-house fabrication and evaluate outsourced manufacturing options
- Perform QC/QA tests (optical, mechanical, and electrical) on assembled devices
- Design and adapt fixtures and jigs for device interfacing and validation
- Run fluids through devices to verify cartridge integrity and collect test data
- Document, analyze, and report on microfluidic performance testing
- Collaborate with biology and engineering teams to integrate feedback into device iterations
Requirements
