About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and troubleshoot microfluidic devices
  • Develop and refine SOPs for device fabrication and operation
  • Support in-house fabrication and evaluate outsourced manufacturing options
  • Perform QC/QA tests (optical, mechanical, and electrical) on assembled devices
  • Design and adapt fixtures and jigs for device interfacing and validation
  • Run fluids through devices to verify cartridge integrity and collect test data
  • Document, analyze, and report on microfluidic performance testing
  • Collaborate with biology and engineering teams to integrate feedback into device iterations

Requirements
