Test Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated end-to-end (E2E) tests covering UI, API, and back-end services
• Explore and apply AI-assisted test automation techniques including self-healing locators and generative test design
• Execute post-deployment verification activities such as production smoke tests
• Contribute to test plans, protocols, and reports ensuring documentation meets QMS expectations
• Implement and maintain UI test automation using Selenium and Playwright
• Develop API-level tests using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, Karate, or Pact.io
• Investigate test failures and partner with developers to drive issues to resolution
• Help maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software test engineering, SDET, or quality engineering
• Proficiency with Selenium and Playwright for UI automation
• Solid programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in regulated environments (SaMD or medical device) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing ML/AI features or clinical workflows
• Experience validating 3D models or medical imaging visualizations
• Familiarity with non-functional testing tools like k6, Locust, or JMeter
• Exposure to RA/QA processes and audit evidence collection
