Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting electronic systems, software, and equipment.
• Develop and modify test programs using Python and other programming languages.
• Design and support functional test hardware, computer platforms, and interfaces.
• Develop instrument drivers and support diagnostic tests at the card edge level.
• Create test plans, procedures, and comprehensive quality test programs.
• Analyze and interpret software or system-level diagnostic failures.
• Coordinate the development of functional test enhancements and fixtures with third-party developers.
• Perform Design for Test (DFT) analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid experience in functional testing.
• Knowledge of AOI, AXI, and Flying Probe technologies.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with telecommunications and electronics equipment.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW or Perl.
