About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate test environments and tools including test benches and recording tools
- Specify and design test plans and cases for complex systems under laboratory conditions (HiL/SiL)
- Build automated test sequences using C, Python, Perl, and CAPL
- Record and evaluate traces via CANoe and CANalyzer
- Analyze and document test results
Requirements
- Fulfillment of general V.I.E program requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable apprenticeship
- Experience with test equipment such as HiL (dSpace), CANoe, and CANalyzer
- Proficiency in simulation software like Matlab/Simulink or IPG Carmaker
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) is ideal
- Programming skills in C, C++, Python, Perl, or CAPL
- Very good English language skills; German is a plus
