Test Development (TD) Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver production test development for analog and digital IPs across validation and manufacturing stages.
• Design, develop, and support hardware and software test systems on Automatic Test Equipment (UltraFlex ATE).
• Develop automation and data analysis solutions to improve test coverage, yield, quality, and test time.
• Participate in pre-silicon emulation and post-silicon bring-up, validation, and compliance testing.
• Debug complex test and hardware issues, performing root-cause analysis and defect investigation.
• Drive yield improvement and continuous test program quality improvements.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Analog, Digital, Firmware, and Systems Engineering.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and C.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital semiconductor circuits.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree with 3+ years, OR a PhD with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor test labs or manufacturing test environments.
• Exposure to RTL verification (UVM/OVM, SystemVerilog assertions) or pre-silicon emulation.
• Familiarity with revision control and tracking tools such as Perforce, DesignSync, or Jira.
• Experience with analog and digital audio, PMU, and battery charging IPs.
