Test Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as test manager for PEO Soldier programs, managing assignments, progress, and results
• Develop and staff Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) based on capability documents and Army Regulations
• Coordinate with ATEC to ensure adequate testing, assessments, and data for independent evaluation
• Oversee Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
• Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop summaries for leadership briefings and milestone decisions
• Track all planned testing and maintain a Master Test Schedule

Requirements

• DoD Secret Clearance
• 5 years of Test Coordination experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
