About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure a quiet, clean, and orderly exam environment for all candidates
- Greet individuals upon arrival and manage incoming phone calls
- Manage candidate belongings by ensuring items are stored in provided lockers
- Prepare the testing room by turning on monitors and printing daily schedules
- Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms with accurate information
- Proctor exams by conducting regular walkthroughs to ensure compliance with rules and prevent cheating
- Sign in and direct students to workstations while addressing questions or concerns
Requirements
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, including documentation and record keeping
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between Monday and Saturday (7:00 am - 6:00 pm)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
