About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a quiet, clean, and orderly exam environment for all candidates
  • Greet individuals upon arrival and manage incoming phone calls
  • Manage candidate belongings by ensuring items are stored in provided lockers
  • Prepare the testing room by turning on monitors and printing daily schedules
  • Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms with accurate information
  • Proctor exams by conducting regular walkthroughs to ensure compliance with rules and prevent cheating
  • Sign in and direct students to workstations while addressing questions or concerns

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, including documentation and record keeping
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts between Monday and Saturday (7:00 am - 6:00 pm)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
