Test Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Test Administrators, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance appraisals
• Oversee daily test center operations, including site opening and closing procedures
• Ensure a secure testing environment by monitoring examinees and verifying identification
• Provide high-quality customer service to examinees and resolve facility or technical issues
• Maintain a professional and clean testing center environment
• Perform Test Administrator duties such as checking in candidates and explaining exam processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work approximately 2-4 Saturdays per month
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, sit for long periods, and lift up to 20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Experience in a customer service or testing environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
