Test Center Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a friendly environment
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
• Proctor and invigilate candidates during their examinations
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability to work various shifts (Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm)
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to sit for long periods and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience proctoring or invigilating exams

Benefits

• Starting pay of $17.75 per hour
