Test Center Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a friendly environment
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
• Proctor and invigilate candidates during their examinations
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to/from testing rooms
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mondays through Saturdays (approx. 16 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience proctoring or invigilating exams

Benefits

• Starting pay of $20.00 per hour
