About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a friendly environment
- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
- Proctor and invigilate candidates during their examinations
- Troubleshoot technical issues by coordinating with internal departments
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule (11-15 hours per week)
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, including approximately two Saturdays per month
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from testing rooms
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience proctoring or invigilating exams
