Test Booking Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test reservations on both mobile and desktop devices
• Work closely with key stakeholders to report findings, patterns, and identified issues
• Refine test scenario strategies and approaches by sharing insights and learnings
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of rate shopping scenarios and flag errors
• Conduct market research to support the development of new product solutions
• Provide day-to-day support in varied business situations requiring analysis and problem-solving
• Collaborate with team members and project management to support strategic projects

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally within the travel or tech industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or timelines
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership
