Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA and Test Automation workflows using UiPath Test Suite (Test Manager, Test Automation, Studio).
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable automation frameworks and libraries following REFramework and modular design principles.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for automated and regression testing across client environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins to enable continuous testing.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot complex automation defects or performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test reports, and runbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying automation solutions with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Test Suite).
• Proven expertise in UiPath Test Suite, including Test Manager and integration with third-party testing tools.
• Strong command of RPA fundamentals including REFramework, exception handling, queues, and credential management.
• Experience integrating UiPath workflows with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies such as unit, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional — Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
• Experience with UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, or Document Understanding.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-augmented automation and Agentic Automation concepts.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or other UI testing frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments.
