Test & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and extend the board-level RF test automation codebase using C# and Test Executive
• Automate test sequences from system and GaN team specifications into production-ready scripts
• Collect and analyze test yield data using Pareto analyses to identify failure modes
• Work with quality functions to track production defects and present findings to stakeholders
• Evaluate and select cost-effective test equipment for production requirements
• Qualify new test stations and support remote debugging for contract manufacturers
• Author technical documentation for test procedures and configuration management
• Maintain clean, reviewed code within Git workflows

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in test engineering or a related role
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (signal analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
• Programming experience in at least one language (C# is a strong plus)
• Ability to perform data analysis on yield datasets to identify failure trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry
• Familiarity with 3GPP standards
• Background in manufacturing, yield environments, or process quality functions
• Experience with Git and software version control
