Test Assignment

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, assess, and analyze samples from the Customer Service team.
• Define appropriate test items for each sample component and perform test assignments in the SGS system.
• Coordinate and communicate with laboratories and Customer Service teams to clarify testing questions and follow up on orders.
• Study and review testing guidelines to provide technical advice and support to order control teams.
• Organize daily operations for the TA Team, including managing test plans, testing methods, and sample breakdowns.
• Arrange sample transfers and Work Orders (WO) to the relevant laboratories.

Requirements

• University level or higher degree.
• Major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemistry, electrical, materials, or testing fields.
• Proficiency in IT or Excel VBA Macro.
