About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, assess, and analyze samples from the Customer Service team.
- Define appropriate test items for each sample component and perform test assignments in the SGS system.
- Coordinate and communicate with laboratories and Customer Service teams to clarify testing questions and follow up on orders.
- Study and review testing guidelines to provide technical advice and support to order control teams.
- Organize daily operations for the TA Team, including managing test plans, testing methods, and sample breakdowns.
- Arrange sample transfers and Work Orders (WO) to the relevant laboratories.
Requirements
- University level or higher degree.
- Major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of chemistry, electrical, materials, or testing fields.
- Proficiency in IT or Excel VBA Macro.
