Responsibilities
- Handle job applications, report generation, and error fixes for the chemical lab system
- Review testing requests from business units before chemical lab processing
- Review client technical protocols to set up proper chemical testing schemes
- Ensure consistency of information, test methods, LOQ, MDL, reporting limits, and regulations with client requirements
- Maintain timely service delivery
- Report test progress and work updates regularly to supervisors
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
