Test Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and implement overall test architecture, frameworks, and quality standards
• Design enterprise-level test strategies and roadmaps aligned with Agile and DevOps
• Develop scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Tricentis tools
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor QA engineers and automation testers in Tosca scripting and best practices
• Manage test environments, infrastructure, and test data management
• Act as a Tosca Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple projects
• Track test automation KPIs including coverage, stability, and flakiness
• Implement shift-left strategies and explore AI/ML in testing

Requirements

• Mandatory experience with Tricentis Tosca and qTest
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Experience designing test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, BDD)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Naperville, IL

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing industry experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with performance testing tools like NeoLoad
