Test and Validation Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed testing and validation activities on vehicle systems, components, and assemblies
• Ensure all testing activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering procedures
• Support the preparation, setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment
• Work with the engineering team to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during testing
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of testing methods and validation processes

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
• Previous experience in testing, validation, or technical support within motorsport or automotive environments
• Good working knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle technologies
• Familiarity with test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition tools
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office
