Test and Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) activities for client projects
• Follow technical specifications, requirements, and test plans (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Design and execute functional, performance, and robustness test campaigns
• Analyze results and report anomalies using tracking tools like JIRA or DOORS
• Collaborate with R&D teams, system architects, and clients to ensure requirement compliance
• Participate in technical reviews and quality audits (ISO 9001, DO-178C, ECSS, etc.)

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Embedded Computing, or Critical Systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience in testing and validation, ideally in regulated sectors (aerospace, defense, space, or telecoms)
• Mastery of test methodologies (ISTQB, TMMi) and industry standards (DO-178C, ECSS, MIL-STD)
• Experience with test tools such as VectorCAST, LabVIEW, Python, or CAPL
• Proficiency in configuration management tools (SVN, Git)
• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, RF) and real-time environments (RTOS, Embedded Linux)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for test automation
• Fluent technical English
