Test and Development Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the development and validation of vehicles through electrical and mechanical tasks
• Prepare vehicles and test rigs for verification activities
• Build, modify, and instrument vehicles to support on-site and external testing
• Work closely with engineers to contribute to product quality and performance

Requirements

• Strong automotive engineering background
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with fault finding
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high voltage or CAN systems
• Knowledge of instrumentation and data logging equipment
• PSV or HGV licence
• Experience in vehicle testing or development environments
