Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities across major enterprise transformation projects
• Support critical payroll transformation activities, including payroll validation, interpretive timesheet testing, and parallel payroll run testing
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of testing practices across software development, system integrations, and workforce management systems
• Support the adoption and enhancement of test automation practices, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and coverage

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for enterprise applications
• Experience with test management and automation tools such as Azure DevOps and Katalon
• Experience testing payroll, rostering, workforce management, or HR systems is highly regarded

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payroll system testing, including parallel payroll run validation and award interpretation
• Experience with the reconciliation of payroll outcomes and interpretive timesheet testing
