Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to develop comprehensive test cases
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood
• Document, track, and retest defects through resolution
• Apply knowledge of process manufacturing and MES to ensure accurate validation of workflows and systems
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and reporting activities
• Ensure testing activities are aligned with quality assurance methodologies and project timelines

Requirements

• Knowledge of process manufacturing concepts and best practices
• Experience working on at least one project in the manufacturing domain
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Ability to convert user stories and process flow diagrams into test cases
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies (manual and automated)
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of software testing or test analyst experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test management tools such as qTest or ALM
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
