About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize engine validation tests, including break-in procedures
- Monitor engine tests on dynamometers and perform parameter analysis
- Conduct daily analysis of engine and vehicle data
- Disassemble and analyze engines following durability testing
- Prepare technical analysis reports and data/component reports
- Issue technical opinions based on specific criteria
- Perform engine and vehicle performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety standards
- Organize technical exhibitions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience (Senior level)
- Master's degree in Industrialization or Manufacturing Engineering
- Advanced English proficiency
- Deep knowledge of engine part design and conception processes
- Understanding of engine component manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in engine and vehicle performance analysis
