Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, usability, performance, and security
• Log and track defects with clear replication steps, severity, and supporting evidence
• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability following changes or defect fixes
• Prepare and present test plans, progress updates, and summary reports
• Maintain all test documentation, including test cases, test data, and environment setup instructions
• Collaborate with developers, the IT team, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in requirement and user-story reviews to support quality outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar QA/testing role
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of reservation systems within the travel industry is highly regarded
